Monfort Heights South home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Monfort Heights South fell by $36,250 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 20.6% decrease over the $176,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in October 2018.
