Miami Township home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Miami Township fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 2.5% decrease over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Miami Township in November 2018.
