Colerain Township home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Colerain Township fell by $13,900 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 10.4% decrease over the $133,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Colerain Township in November 2018.
