Cleves home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Cleves rose by $83,250 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,500 - a 236.2% increase over the $35,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Cleves in November 2018.
