Cincinnati home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $21,500 while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 305 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 20.5% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 290 homes sold in Cincinnati in January 2019.
