Colerain Township home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Colerain Township rose by $21,500 while total sales increased by 128.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,500 - a 17.2% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Colerain Township in February 2019.
