Miami Township home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Miami Township rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Miami Township in February 2019.
