Colerain Township home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Colerain Township rose by $2,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 2.2% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Colerain Township in January 2019, as well.
