Harrison home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Harrison rose by $9,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $155,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Harrison in February 2019, as well.
