Monfort Heights South home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Monfort Heights South rose by $47,900 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,900 - a 28.2% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Monfort Heights South in March 2019.
