Miami Township home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Miami Township fell by $1,750 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,250 - a 0.7% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Miami Township in March 2019.
