Morgan home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Morgan rose by $20,100 while total sales remained unchanged with 19 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $174,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Morgan in the fourth quarter of 2018, as well.
