Covedale home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Covedale fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Covedale in the third quarter of 2018.
