Miami Township home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Miami Township fell by $56,500 while total sales increased by 29%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,500 - a 22.9% decrease over the $247,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Miami Township in the fourth quarter of 2018.
