Harrison home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Harrison rose by $10,200 while total sales increased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $154,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Harrison in the fourth quarter of 2018.
