Delhi Township home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Delhi Township rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 1.6% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Delhi Township in the fourth quarter of 2018.
