Groesbeck home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Groesbeck fell by $18,500 while total sales increased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,500 - a 12.3% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Groesbeck in the fourth quarter of 2018.
