Bridgetown home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Bridgetown fell by $8,050 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,450 - a 6.3% decrease over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Bridgetown in the fourth quarter of 2018.
