Mack North home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Mack North rose by $150,100 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 91% increase over the $164,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mack North in the first quarter of 2019.
