Cheviot home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Cheviot rose by $13,550 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 14.5% increase over the $93,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Cheviot in the fourth quarter of 2018.
