Cleves home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Cleves rose by $52,500 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,750 - a 79.2% increase over the $66,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Cleves in the fourth quarter of 2018.
