Monfort Heights South home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Monfort Heights South rose by $41,425 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,000 - a 26.3% increase over the $157,575 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the first quarter of 2019.
