Cleves home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Cleves rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,500 - a 22% increase over the $93,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Cleves in the second half of 2018.
