Delhi Township home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Delhi Township rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 194 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 2% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 214 homes sold in Delhi Township in the second half of 2018.
