Harrison home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Harrison rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,500 - a 0.6% increase over the $163,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Harrison in the second half of 2018.
