Monfort Heights South home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Monfort Heights South fell by $500 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,500 - a 0.4% decrease over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the second half of 2018.
