Bridgetown home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Bridgetown fell by $6,050 while total sales increased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,950 - a 4.7% decrease over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 119 homes sold in Bridgetown in the second half of 2018.
