Miami Township home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Miami Township fell by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 6.8% decrease over the $205,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in Miami Township in 2018.
