Harrison home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Harrison rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 179 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $156,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 184 homes sold in Harrison in 2018.
