Cincinnati home prices unchanged in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Cincinnati was unchanged while total sales decreased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 3,607 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000. There were 4,260 homes sold in Cincinnati in 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $125,000.
