Colerain Township home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Colerain Township rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 14.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 162 homes sold in Colerain Township in 2018.
