On Saturday, March 1, former Lasalle High School standout Gavyn Smith’s current college team, the Findlay Oilers, lost 10-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Welch Athletic Complex. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Oilers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 4 p.m. at Welch Athletic Complex against Charleston Golden Eagles.
