On Friday, Feb. 7, former Taylor High School standout Max Atkinson’s college team lost in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Taylor High School standout Max Atkinson’s current college team, the Salem Tigers, lost 13-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the UNC Pembroke Braves.

The game took place at Sammy Cox Field. This was their first matchup against the Braves this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 1 p.m. at Sammy Cox Field against UNC Pembroke Braves.
